User: any natural person, with or without a Golf O Max account, using the O Max Golf Site.

Collection and purposes of data processing
This data collection is done when the User:
- create an account
- place an order or a request for return on the site
- contact Golf O Max by any means of communication available to him such as email, social networks, etc.

Data retention period
Golf O Max retains data for a period of three years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The delay starts from either the last order, last login to the customer account, or the last call to customer service, or sending an email to customer service, or clicking on a hyperlink an email sent by Golf O Max, or placing products in the cart without completing the purchase, or finally a positive response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial prospecting at the expiry of the three-year period.
